Before you ask
Who can buy Pingsured?
Businesses, inside and outside the EU. A business in the EU needs a valid VAT-ID to complete signup.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
Yes. We take a card at signup and authorise it for €0.00 — nothing is debited and nothing appears on your statement. That authorisation is what the first payment uses when the trial ends.
What happens after 30 days?
When the 30 days are up we take the first payment for your plan, at the cadence you chose, and the account becomes active. Cancel before then and the account closes at the end of the trial with no charge, ever.
What counts as one ping?
One thing you are watching — a URL, an endpoint, or a host. How often it is checked does not change the count, so a ping checked every 15 seconds and one checked every 15 minutes both count as one.
Can I change plan or cancel later?
Upgrade whenever you like; it takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so there is no partial refund.
